Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of StockPilot (the "app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

The service

StockPilot provides inventory forecasting, reorder recommendations, purchase orders, stocktakes and related planning tools for Shopify stores. Features vary by subscription plan.

Forecasts are estimates

Recommendations (demand forecasts, reorder quantities, cash-flow projections) are estimates based on your historical data and configured settings. They are decision-support tools, not guarantees. You are responsible for your own purchasing and inventory decisions.

Inventory changes

When you use features that write to Shopify (e.g. receiving a purchase order or applying a stocktake), the app updates your Shopify inventory as you instruct. Please review quantities before applying.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system according to the plan you choose. Every plan includes a free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app's Plans page; cancellation stops future charges.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate Shopify's terms or applicable law.

Availability & "as is"

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or stock decisions made using the app.

Termination

You may uninstall at any time; on uninstall your shop data is deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
